Delivering prompt payment with WebContractor
This people-focused ethos was one of the driving factors behind FM Conway's decision to investigate Application for Management systems to improve their existing processes.
To support the interaction with supply chain partners FM Conway needed a software solution to deal with their applications' increasing volume and complexity. Users can see cash liabilities at a glance, up to 90 days in advance, using configurable dashboards and reports. This visibility enables more confident cash flow planning and management to eliminate unexpected requests for subcontractor payment.
Integrated, connected systems
It was also vital to FM Conway that WebContractor would fit with their broader digitisation strategy and could be integrated with existing systems, including their Enterprise Resource Planning platform, to build a seamless flow of information across the business.
WebContractor supports integration into a range of construction ERP systems. Our in-house development team continues developing new connections to integrate Application for Payment management functionality into other critical business systems.
